The group classes are small, there is plenty of room for personal attention so that the exercises can be adapted to everyone's level.

PILATES GROUP LESSON
ON THE MAT

In my Pilates group classes, I combine the classical philosophy of Joseph Pilates with modern innovations and the latest insights from the Polestar Pilates method. This makes the exercises not only more effective and functional but also safer. As a result, my classes are ideal for both injury prevention and recovery.

What makes my approach unique is the combination of Pilates with myofascial release and stress-release techniques. This combination helps relieve unnecessary muscle tension and pain, increases flexibility, and supports nervous system regulation. It contributes to greater strength, stability, and relaxation—both physically and mentally.

I guide you through a fluid, dynamic, and controlled Pilates workout, often incorporating various props such as rotational disks, weighted balls, sticks, and therapy balls. These tools add variety and challenge to the classes while enhancing stability, coordination, mobility, and balance.

According to my clients, my classes have a certain softness, but that doesn’t mean I don’t know exactly how to push you to work hard with flow and dynamism.

A Pilates Trio Session is a circuit training format, where you are introduced to the various pilates apparatuses:  Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair and the Mat Work.

You train with your trio partners, who sign up for the class independently. Therefore, you do not need to bring trio partners. You will receive guidance through a thoughtfully programmed class. During the class, the instructor will take the time to teach the exercises on each piece of equipment thoughtfully, and you will rotate through the equipment in a circuit set up about 2-3 times per class. A certified instructor is always present to make sure you are performing the exercises safely – with appropriate modifications if needed -, to provide corrections and oversee proper use of the equipment.

MYOFASCIALE RELEASE

When you experience stress, adopt poor postures, or frequently repeat the same movements, painful spots, tension, and stiffness can develop in your body. This is caused by adhesions in the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and joints. When it hardens, it can restrict mobility and lead to pain or injuries.

Stretch classes with foam rollers and release techniques help soften the fascia, relieve unnecessary muscle tension and pain, regulate the nervous system, and improve circulation. This promotes a flexible, pain-free, and healthy body while contributing to better posture.

Experience the difference and discover how myofascial release can enhance your body and well-being!

Advantages:

  • Improves flexibility, reduces stiffness,
  • Reduces muscle pain and improves recovery
  • helps with injury prevention
  • helps to relax and de-stress
  • helps with back, hip, shoulder or neck problems
  • helps with headaches and migraines

Reformer, Tower, Chair,
Barrel and Springwall

The ideal balance between personal attention and shared costs. You sign up just like for a group class, without needing to bring a partner. During the session, you train alongside one other participant while a highly trained and certified instructor guides you with utmost care and precision—almost like a private lesson.

Our approach combines traditional Pilates methods with the latest insights in movement science. We integrate modern techniques, such as fascia release, and work with high-quality equipment, including the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Barrel, and Springwall. This not only helps to strengthen and mobilize the body but also contributes to pain relief and injury prevention.

These sessions are perfect for anyone looking for a refined, thoughtful way of training—whether you’re recovering from an injury, experiencing physical discomfort, or simply aiming to build a stronger, more resilient body.
