Office Pilates

To make working from behind your desk a bit more bearable, it is important, that you focus on the hardworking parts of your body and train these parts extra.

For the online office pilates classes I use the Zoom video conferencing software. The classes are live, so just as interactive, intense and effective as during the personal guidance you are used to from me. There is a possibility for corrections, options for different difficulties and for social contact. 30 minutes before the lesson starts, you will receive an e-mail with a login code and a password with which you can participate in the lesson, and a description of how to connect to the system.

During Office Pilates we focus on your back, neck and shoulders and we pay attantion to the correct posture behind your desk, so you can get back to work energetic and tension free after your training.
