My Experience with Red Light Therapy: Why I’m a Fan

As the owner of a Pilates studio, I’m always looking for ways to improve my health and that of my clients. When I heard about red light therapy, I was curious but a bit skeptical. Can a lamp really do that much? I decided to try the Loptimize Maxi 2.0 in my studio and have been using it regularly for a few months now. Spoiler: I’m hooked! Here’s my story and the benefits I’ve experienced. 

How It Started

I bought the red light therapy lamp because I read it could help with muscle recovery, skin improvement, and energy – all things that perfectly fit my active lifestyle and the needs of my Pilates clients. The first few times, I used the device after my workouts, 10-15 minutes per session, 4-5 times a week, at about 20 cm from my body. It feels like a warm glow, super relaxing, and it quickly became a regular part of my routine.
