Would you like to take Pilates classes individually with attention to your personal needs?
Pilates on equipment offers a targeted and effective way to strengthen and restore the body. The resistance from the springs not only activates the core but also trains the peripheral muscles in a controlled and safe manner. This makes the method particularly suitable for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and improving mobility. With a repertoire of over 500 exercises, we can fully tailor the training to your specific needs without unnecessarily straining the body.
In my therapeutic private sessions, the focus is on personal guidance and therapeutic application. These sessions are ideal for those experiencing physical limitations, recovering from an injury, or needing support for chronic pain conditions. By integrating the latest scientific insights in movement and recovery, along with fascia release and stress-release techniques, we work not only on muscle strength and stability but also on loosening connective tissue, improving circulation, and regulating the nervous system. This helps relieve pain and promotes faster and more sustainable recovery.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and customized training environment where you feel comfortable and can confidently work towards your recovery and well-being.
Pilates on the equipment (Reformer /Wunda chair/Tower) is similar, yet very different from Pilates on the mat. The effect of the equipment is wider, because resistance is added to the exercises through the use of springs, which are part of the machines. In addition to the core, the peripheral muscles are also addressed. The repertoire of exercises offers much more variation, more than 500 exercises can be performed on them, so you never have to get bored! Moreover, it is possible to choose exactly the exercises your body needs. It makes you physically stronger and more balanced. During the personal training classes, I give my full attention to your personal needs, goals and any physical limitations. A very targeted and personal workout.
Advantages:
Reduces stress and ensures relaxation
If you are not yet familiar with the Pilates method, I recommend you first get acquainted with the basic techniques in a private Pilates lesson. Then you can increase the level of personal training or join the group classes.
During private lessons on the mat using the Pilates mat repertoire, we will work on your personal needs, goals and any physical limitations, injuries.
For beginners, this class will mainly serve to introduce the basic Pilates exercises on the mat, focusing on clear explanations, awareness of one’s own body while performing the exercises and taking the time to master the exercises as best as possible. After all, without a solid foundation, it is difficult to master even the harder exercises.
Already have more experience with Pilates?
There is plenty of room in the class to work on the more difficult exercises and increase the class pace, where tools such as the Magic Circle, dynaband and weights are also used. This also makes the class interesting for (more) advanced pilates students.
