The group lessons are small-scale so that everyone gets enough attention and the exercises can be adapted to everyone’s level.
The studio is equipped with exercises specially developed for Pilates. More than 500 exercises can be performed on this equipment, so you will never be bored! Moreover, it is possible to choose the exact exercises your body needs.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a safe form of exercise that trains the whole body. It also requires concentration of the mind. Because of this stronger connection, you will not only feel fitter but also mentally stronger.
The goal of Pilates is to create a balanced and strong muscular system in a supple and pain-free body. It is also an effective rehabilitation method for back, knee, hip and shoulder problems. Pilates significantly improves posture, increases lung capacity, enhances sports performance, helps recovery, and you learn to prevent injuries.
I believe that every human body is unique and therefore every training session is different. The choice of training depends on the results to be achieved. All Pilates exercises can be adapted to your special needs. It can be practised by everyone, from young to old, from limber to stiff, from injured to fit, from newly born to newly operated.
